Turkey Burgers

  • Mince mushrooms and white onion in food processor or chop finely by hand. Combine in a bowl with ground turkey meat. Mix in spices and Worchestershire sauce. Make into 4-6 patties. Heat grill or saute pan on medium high.

    Spray patties with cooking oil spray. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Place burgers on warmed buns, add fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and red onions.
