Chicken Marinade

This marinade is good for grilling and broiling.
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 3/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard (I used Colmans)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar with herbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • Combine all ingredients & mix well. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Yield: enough for 2 chickens
